Open your customer portal
Customers can create accounts, save contact details and submit baskets for your team to review.
The fresh installer prepares customer accounts and order tables. Enable the online store in Catalogue settings when you are ready.
The online catalogue must also be enabled before customers can register or place orders. If activation is interrupted, the owner can safely retry.
Customer portal access
Pausing stops new registrations and orders. Existing customers can still sign in, read their orders and update their details.
Orders reserve stock at checkout. Completion records one paid sale automatically. Do not bill the same order again in POS. Cancelled orders release stock; full returns require a manual refund and all goods back in sellable stock.
